Sorry to be late on posting this, it slipped past, but to be honest a one-day break on the whole Hot Coffee issue
felt kind of good, actually – you know, I went to class, ordered a pizza for dinner, watched a movie, took a nap – but
now it's back. The United States House of Representatives have voted overwhelmingly (355 to 21) on a resolution
supporting the Federal Trade Commission in investigating the claims that Rockstar Games intentionally deceived the ESRB
when it submitted Grand Theft Auto to be rated.
Of course, Jack Thompson has a part in all this. As he told GameSpot: "I have spoken with leaders on the Hill on
all this, and you can look for Congressional hearings on this in the fall." Oh, goodie.
