Grandmother sues Rockstar

gta san andreas

The name says it all.  Either she means well and is misguided/naive, or she is just trying to make a dollar off of controversy, but either way a grandmother is suing Rockstar game over the hidden sex content in San Andreas.  She bought the game last year for her 14-year old grandson - just to clarify, at the time it was rating 'M' for Mature, which means it is intended for ages 17 years and older - and is now upset that she finds out that is intended for players 18 and up (which, really, is the only difference between M and AO) and contains sex scenes that take quite a bit of ingenuity to find.

Police chases, gang wars, drug smuggling, excessive violence and swearing, and this is what makes her sue?  It's her own fault she bought the child a game that was intended for teenagers 3 years his senior, but now it's the fault of Rockstar?  Somehow, I just don't buy it.  Expect a thousand more of these lawsuits in the weeks to come.

[Thanks, selgado]
