One of the authors of "NYC2123: Dayender," a cyberpunk-themed graphic novel wrote us to say
that they're publishing the entire novel online in a format that makes viewing it on your PSP easy. The authors plan to
extend the novel to six chapters and approximately 350 frames, but for now just the first chapter of 59 frames is
available online.
Chad Allen writes, "While traditional comic book publishers have tried to capitalize on the PSP's popularity by scanning in their books and resizing them for the PSP screen, they're basically impossible to read at that size. "NYC2123" is the first graphic novel that's designed specifically for the PSP display and it looks fantastic as a result."
Fantastic? PSP owners, how fantastic does it look?
It won't be long before publishers won't be able to claim firsts for the PSP. Is there any media type out there that hasn't been ported to PSP format yet? Perhaps a major daily newspaper? Braile, certainly.
