Do you have a game that you think deserves the world's attention? The Independent Games Festival is now
accepting submissions for its 7th annual show in San Jose, California. There are three different competitions:
the main competition (which could net you $35,000), the student competition (which is non-competitive and gives you
money for travel expenses), and a modding competition for the games Half-Life 2, Doom 3, Neverwinter Nights, and Unreal
Tournament 2004 (which had its own modding
competition for the 2003 edition) for a
prize of $10,000. The show is set for March 20-24 and submissions are due somewhere between September 6 and
November 15, depending on the competition you are entering, so get to finishing (or starting) your entries soon.
