Record TV & DVD straight to the PSP!

Hori, a respected game accessories manufacturer, plans to release their Memory Stick PRO Duo Video Recorder ($129.90) this November (in Japan only). If you've never imported before, this holiday season might be the time to start. The device connects to your TV/DVD player(s), recording your favorite moving pictures (with sound, of course) in MP4 format directly onto a Memory Stick PRO Duo card. Sick!
For slightly more, RockRidgeSound Japan is offering their version of the same device, the VRX02 Direct Recorder
($195.00). The VRX02 is also compatible with Nintendo's Play-Yan (SMD card). Nice!
