Zelda: Twilight Princess delayed until after March 31, 2006

Check out the game Chibi Robo. It looks to be an awesome platformer. Doesn't have the graphics, but the game looks like a lot of fun.

People, listen or read whaever, Nintendo has been around before PS and most definitly Xbox. Some of u guys and possibly girls have forgotten Nintendo's loyalty to its fanbase, if they say they're making it better and longer it IS going to be BETTER AND LONGER. Hell Oot=Delayed but if u say it sucs I will, in person kick your ASS cause it rocked every Nintendo Fanboys world and some of those who didn't think they could do it. I have every damn Zelda created including the god forbidden CD-i Zeldas(softly crying in background)so I have enough to get me by til April. Anyway big N Won't go down without one hellful fight against M$ and Sony, and they will look good IF this happens. N always pulls out their best cards when put in something we think could take em down. Havin that said the Rev is the nex-gen console that has the true upper hand this time cause comin out last and with the amount of detail given out on it(compared to 360 and PS3 which both of their specs are basicly finalized) Revolution Wasn't even showed at E3 with a Drive and demos so us game morons and gurus(of which there are VERY few out there) don't know what the hell is going on in those super-secret labs of N HQ, Japan. ATI the guys making the graphics chip for Rev even said they barely know what the heck is goin on under that big and somewhat 20ft thick roof over its head. So it could be almost as powerful as 360 for all we truly know.

WHAT!? I must have that game NOW! I've been dying for it to release! AHHH and now I have to wait even longer!

I might be crazy to even dare to say this. My words might infact make everyone hate me. Biut ill still have to share my ideas with the rest of you. I know Nintendo has the greatest ideas. they make games no one else everwould think of. And they make those games sell. But they cant supposrt their business. They havnt got enough buyers for that. Their hardware doesnt sell enough. They have nearly no third part developers anymore. Thats why i say that *sighs* I think its time for Nintendo to surrender. That they admit that they are beaten. they have ruled the gaming world for so many years. But now they cant even claim to be close. They are gigants. But gigants of the past. This aint their centuary.

Dont get me wrong.... I love Nintendo vidio games. But they dont sell. And when they dont sell they cant spend asmuch money on the next game. Sure mostely the ideas of the games are great but that aint enough in todays gaming world. Gamers demands good graphics, advanced ai, huge games that lasts forever, multiplayer and a fuck load of other things. And i dont think Nintendo can deliver all that. I know( and so does sony and microsoft) that the guys at nointendo are great at their work. Thats why i think they would give up platform. They always claims its the games that is their major consern. But now the hardware is in the way for the software. Their consern now aint to provide us with games. It is to stay alive. I say: Stop fighting. Make games for other consoles. You wont lose your games for that. That way they can continue to deliver games without the enternal wory for the fact that their consoles will die. Cause the day when their consoles stop selling they will stand there and see it all go sytraight to hell. So why not end this before it goies to far and we wont have nintendo at all? Id surely prefear nintendo as a third part developer then not having them at all.

Now im done... what you think about what ive said doesnt really matter... And what ive said doesnt really matter eitrher since this wont affect my favorite game developers either way. They couldnt care less what i think.

I was totally bummed when I found out that TP wasn't coming out till march/06, it was the reason that I had bought a GC in the summer... as long as it doesn't take me less than 1month to beat it, the graphics are amazing and the revolution is backwards compatable and not too expensive- I will be more than pleased. NINTENDO FOR LIFE!! represent.

TP: release date will be great for the game, but bad for sales. Considering Revolution will be out before Holiday '06, TP being a GC game will get a burst of sales from die-hards on it's release but will fail to produce the numbers it would have if it had a Holiday '05 release.

Revolution: The controller makes me nervous. From articles I've read by Nintendo and other companies interviewing Nintendo reps, the concepts and ideas that were circulating around were brilliant, but the controller set-up they decided on is a HUGE risk. It could mean an actual revolution in the gaming industry, OR it could cause Revolution to flop. That would not be good with the fan base Sony and M$ already have with PS and XBox.

Bottom line, TP, excellent game, lower than expected sales. Revolution, very rocky ground. The controller needs to be suprisingly easy to use and have plenty of functionality, motion activation could be dangerous if not done properly.

In the end, it'll be worth the wait for a better game. (better than if they had to rush it) BUT: The best time to release it would have been before Christmas '05. I think a game of that caliber would have beat the other two big beast of the holiday season. (xbox 360 and dragon quest 8) If they release it at around the same time as the PS3, I think it'll get overlooked. The PS3 is going to be hugely popular, and it would steal Zelda's thunder. Not the other way around. If they release it around the time they release Revolution, it'll still be a great game, but kind of useless. Know what I mean? Won't people expect a Revolution Zelda? So if that's what happens, they mays as well have made it a Revolution game from scratch. In closing: They better release it at least 2 months or so before PS3, or At least 2-3 months after. (Before would be better)
