Square Enix to buy Taito, merge company names

It seems to be the latest trend for the bigger companies to consolidate, merge, and buy up all the little developers
on their way. As the industry grows and expands, like all businesses, the larger ones must consume the smaller
companies in their global conquest. Square Enix, itself a recent merger, has announced its plans to buy
Taito, who are famous for Space Invaders, as well as my personal favorite
Nintendo game of all time, Bubble Bobble (wish I still had that). If the buyout goes through, this would make Square
Enix a larger force to be reckoned with, but also it would make for a funny amalgamation of three company names. I
personally like NetJak's proposal of calling the company
Tai-Squenix, but that may just be because I cannot think of a good one, myself.
Can you come up with a creative name for the new company?

Misleading headline. It implies that they announced a "merged" company name, which they didn't. It's not even hinted that they might do such a thing.

Oh, if you want Bubble Bobble, go get a GBA and a copy of Bubble Bobble OLD & NEW. It has the original arcade-style game and a souped up version on the same game pak with single or multi-cart multi-player modes. Buy two, since the game is inexpensive and awesome. Oh, it also has a battery save to keep track of the levels you got to and to aid in your progress through the game.

I'm actually waiting to see something like Arkanoid make a comeback as a minigame in something. I think this move was made as a cash booster, as SquEnTo can now cash in hardcore on that lucrative "rereleasing old games onto the PSP and GBA" market.

I won't mind if Square Enix buys them, just as long as Taito keeps making World Airforce for the Xbox 360 because that game is one that I really want to get when it comes to the US.

Interesting enough, just like Konami, Taito has a large business in amusement centers here in Japan (think bowling, billiards, coin-ops, and lots of pachinko all wrapped in one). I wonder if Squenix is swallowing the whole pill and we'll see Cloud pachinko machines surfacing.
