Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb posts a weekly rundown of the top 25 most-played Xbox
Live games in the week ending this past Saturday (we reproduce the top 10 here).
Notable movements: Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2 has suddenly dropped out of the top 20 list. The game was in the top 10 for the weeks ending August 14 and August 27, but it's nowhere to be seen now. What gives?
Other than that change, the list has been fairly stable, with Halo 2, Madden NFL 2006 and Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike locked in the top three slots for the last several weeks. Is there any end in sight to Halo 2's dominance? Not until the Xbox 360's release, wethinks.
