Final Fantasy IV, the Japanese version of the American Final Fantasy II, is being ported to the Game Boy Advance/Micro platform. The game will feature a similar design to the original SNES version but with additional content. Total game time for the player should be in the 30-40 hour time period, quite a high figure for a portable game (looks like Game Boy Micro players will be saying hello to RSI after they complete the game).
In all, the game will feature 18 locations from towns to castles as well as dozens of spells and hundreds of
monsters, weapons and items for the player to explore. According to the press release the game will also feature music
as good as the original SNES version. Expect the title to be released on December 12th.
