Sam & Max are finally on track for a
return to the gaming stage. Steve Purcell, the game's creator, revealed that Telltale Games has received the go-ahead
to produce the long
over-due sequel (in episodic format) to 1993's critically acclaimed Sam & Max Hit the Road. This marks
the third attempt at a follow-up game; both Infinite Machine (now-defunct) and LucasArts tried and failed. Details are
slim, but we do know that Telltale's game will be entirely original. We'll keep you posted.
