I think the controller would look better without the DOA 4 backdrop.

jesus, that looks like some nasty fan made thing from the early 90s with a bad pic slapped on it. at least people won't be waving these around in the air and accidently hitting their siblings. like the original xbox controller, this thing could KO them.

at least it's not a neo geo controller.

every console needs a good arcade classic controller though. Look at how good those little pacman consoles sold.

Ugly, but it is a throwback to arcade style control...perfect for button mashing sessions! I could see using one of these with DOA4 which lends itself to hitting big buttons as fast as possible. Is that a joystick or trackball? I can't really tell!

"Sometimes it feels like Microsoft is the Rodney Dangerfield of console manufacturers here in Japan."

You know, this is too bad, I'm starting to get this feeling that the Japanese will never warm up to the 360, even if it has amazing games made by legendary Japanese devs. M$ is working incredibly hard to make sure Japan isn't a flop this time around, but that market is a tough one to crack. Sony and Nintendo are national icons, and part of the culture (and apparently part of the government too), and this is what the Japs want. Microsoft is just an outsider trying to get a foot in the door. The rich new kid on the block will try to buy it's way to popularity, but in the end, purchased loyalty never lasts long.

It looks like those new-fangled plastic lunchboxes the kids take to school with them. Plastic with a sticker slapped on. In this case, a sticker that looks like an advertisement for breast augmentation and a few buttons that appear to be placed WAY too close together to make this feel like a decent arcade button masher.

Maybe Microsoft is the Rodney Dangerfield of console manufacturers because it has yet to really dazzle anyone with its 360 and accessories. Hopefully, like Rodney, the 360 will end up dead. Woah! No respect, I tell ya. No respect at all.

Unfortunately it doesn't look wireless. No wireless = no sale for me as my consoles are all located in another room than where I watch TV.

How embarrassing for Microsoft, especially after the unveiling of Nintendo's controller.

ugly? it's just a regular sanwa style arcade stick. i take it you guys never play arcade fighters the way they are meant to be played! i do like american style joysticks myself, but these japanese style sticks are definitely not uncommon or ugly.

get out from under your rocks and play something besides fps games!

Can't wait to get one of these to break open and mod with some Happ parts. It looks nice for collectability, but this will probably be the easiest way to make a custom controller- with this one.

Who the heck puts consoles in a seperate room from the TV?
