According to a new survey, US mobile gamers are over twice as likely to play a mobile game for the purpose of
beating high scores than their European counterparts (45% to 17%, respectively). American mobile gamers are also more
likely to play one game for over 20 minutes (33% to 21%) and show off their games to friends (31% to 13%).
While it may come as no surprise that Americans love their gaming on the go, the surprise (or maybe it is not so
surprising) is that Americans prefer casual games while Europeans favor action games. Granted, all these numbers may
increase greatly due to the recently released
Doom RPG for mobile
phones.
Do you use your cell phone for gaming? What do you play?
