IGN has showcased a number of reader concepts on its site recently to highlight the possibilities for
light-gun-style shells utilizing the Nintendo Revolution's
controller-remote (including the one pictured above).
The submissions ranged from a pump-action shotgun with analog control stick (seen
here) to a setup just itching for a remake
of the classic NES pack-in Duck Hunt (seen
there).
As "Nintendo has also stated that a number of interesting expansions designed for everything from light-gun games to
music/rhythm titles may be in the works," it was only a matter of time before some beautiful mockups of some serious
controller firepower emerged online. Now these are some
controller shells we'd like to get our hands on. We hope a
lot of developers feel the same way.
