Once it's finished, this Space Invaders-themed quilt will be keeping someone warm at
night, though it might inspire more nightmares than sweet dreams.
The whole Space Invaders meme is really staging some kind of crazy comeback. Check out these Flickr posts documenting invasions here, there, and everywhere. We're not sure what terrestrial or otherworldly influence is behind it all, but we're happy that the intarweb allows us to share in all of the fun without having to put on pants or get too far away from the fridge.
