In its latest weekly update, Frankie—who runs the weekly Bungie update—has told the company's fans to keep their eyes open next week for a "surprising, cool, awesome Bungie-related announcement". Before everyone goes mental and declares this as an announcement of Halo 3 or Bungie's next project, it's not. The next sentence in the weekly update denies that the announcement will be related to either projects (not that Halo 3 is even confirmed as a project).
The weekly update also has detailed information on the next in the series of playlist updates for Halo 2, as well as news that Bungie will be attending the Video Games Live concert in Seattle, with the Halo theme song featuring strongly at the event.
So, all-round-Bungie-lovers, fire up the big-B's news archive and get cross referencing. We want at least fifteen rumored games/projects/add-on packs that Bungie will/won't announce on our desk by next week!
