A Tingle RPG is coming to the DS. Whether our "special friend" from
Wind Waker will ever have his standalone adventure released in the West is another question, however. (We knew
Twilight Princess couldn't handle him!)
It was noted in the comments section of a
DS-related post earlier today that a press conference was held to announce a few upcoming games for Nintendo's
dual-screen handheld in Japan. Among the games revealed were
Mario Basketball 3 on 3,
Final Fantasy III, another brain-training game,
as well as sequels for the Wario and Custom Robo franchises.
We could also mention that screenshot from Children of
Mana at the end of the post (you can find the untranslated story
here), but how can that stand
up to a game starring Tingle? (Uh… you don't have to answer that.)
