I'm sure my employers wouldn't be completely happy with it, but every morning at work I fire up Firefox and load it with 15 tabs of web comics. My favorites are mostly the common ones:

Penny Arcade
Player v Player
Ctrl+Alt+Del
Order of the Stick
Copper (so very good)
Joe and Monkey
White Ninja
Pearls Before Swine

In order of gamer relevance I give you...

8-bit theater = pixelated goodness

Sluggy Freelance = gamer and geek in-jokes abound

Achewood = Very subtle humor. Can take a while to grow on you

None. I have yet to read an web based game related comic that rises above the humor found in a Family Circus comic. Those who have read Family Cirus know that is not a good thing.

Badasshamster would be next (due to it's frequencey of updates)

Penny-Arcade used to be funny, now it's just crap after crap comics. At this point, Homestar is funnier than P-A... which is saying a lot.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete isn't funny to me... I don't know why.

All of my webcomics? Lets see my bookmarks...

10K Commotion
Adventurers!
Alien Loves Predator
Alien Dice
College Roomies From Hell!
Count Your Sheep
Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire
Fallen
Gaming Guardians
General Protection Fault
Greystone Inn
Kevin & Kell
Mac Hall
Megatokyo
Melonpool
Narbonic
PURE
PvP
Schlock Mercenary
Shortpacked
Sluggy Freelance
Something Positive
Suburban Tribe
Van Von Hunter
Wapsi Square
Zap!

Oddly enough, I don't generally read gamer comics (PvP doesn't really count as one, which leaves only two on my list). I've tried but never got into them.

I'd be careful of posting Ctrl+Alt+Delte as the guy who runs it is kind of a tool about that sort of stuff. Sent me a bogus lawyer letter and idle threats. It made me stop reading his stuff alltogether.

I got pretty deep into these replies before I saw any MegaTokyo. Granted, it may not be super game related anymore (it used to be... the first strip took place outside of E3), there is still game talk if Largo gets any page time. And an annoying amount of 1337 5p34k.

Another that occasionally mentions games would be Venus Envy. Now this one is most definitely not for everyone, but I felt it a crime that it hadn't been mentioned thus far, game relation or not. I'd put it in the same boat as MegaTokyo only with a much, much different premise. It can be found here:

http://venusenvy.keenspace.com

And if you happen to read the strip, my name is just an odd coincidence. :/

I'm a comic snob, I guess. I really have to dig the art to get into a strip - and a majority of web comics just don't do the art well enough to keep me interested.

penny-arcade.com
pvponline.com
ctrlaltdel-online.com

Sometimes sinfest.com

Sorely missing sixfootsixyearold.com
