NCsoft Europe has announced that its
dual-subscription, giving players access to both City of Heroes & City of Villains, will be a
single £8.99 (€12.99) per month fee. Now longtime Heroes can spend some time filling the shoes of evildoers
without having to pay for it—well, you do have to buy the Villains game…
