Stockholders from both companies have approved the merger of GameStop and EBGames, which means only time stands in
the way of a full merger. Everything should be finalized tomorrow and the newly formed company, GameStop Corp., will
begin trade on the New York Stock Exchange Monday, under the ticker symbol GME.
This merger, over 5 months in the making, combines two of
