Retail sources claim that
"Microsoft plans to distribute Xbox 360 demo kiosks to all major retailers in North America" during the week of October
24 (a Monday).
Apparently, "the kiosks were planned to be launched this week but were delayed by Microsoft for unspecified reasons."
Xbox 360 "playable demos and gameplay trailers of launch titles" are expected.
If you don't work for a retailer set to receive one of these set-ups, consider bidding for
one with a 23-inch LCD monitor through the Nite-to-Unite
for Kids charity auction (sans 360 console, sadly). At least you'll have something ready for when you pick up your
360 at launch.
