Webcomic Roundup: October 8 - 15, 2005

Jack Thompson advice (225)Jack Thompson has put himself back in the news, and the webcomics this week were more than glad to address him, both comically and seriously:

  • Over at Penny Arcade, Gabe and Tycho actually received a phone call from everyone's favorite anti-game activist. Don't forget to check out the front page for Tycho's take on the events.

  • Ctrl+Alt+Del's Tim Buckley creates his own proposal involving angry, rampaging Miami lawyers. He even threatens to bring statisticians into this whole mess. Here is an open letter to Jack Thompson from Mr. Buckley.

  • Hypercombofinish has also produced a timely comic on the matter, involving Jack Thompson taking a stroll at the beach.

But Jackie Boy was not the only topic of the week...

  • The cast of Full Metal Alchemist collides with the Boy Who Survived over at VGCats.

  • The Fighter at 8-bit Theatre learns about the importance of using one's brain in making decisions.

  • Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth is 9 parts into its Goblin Mystery Theatre.
