Looks like Bioware and Ubisoft have a new neighbor. Koei Corp., developer of the popular Dynasty Warriors series and Kessen, is opening an office in Toronto which will be the base of their North American operations. This is also ground zero for their futuristic PS3 racer, Fatal Inertia, scheduled for a Q1 2006 release. Does this mean we can expect to see Sony's new pride and joy before March? Not likely, but at least Koei doesn't seem to be bitching about the PS3's shortcomings as a development platform.
