Where the hell did he get 8 working Famicoms without selling his soul for them?

FCs aren't as expensive as you'd think ;)

Especially considering that he lives in Japan.

This whole "8-bit music" craze has GOT to go. I lived through 8-bit music back in the early days of synthesizers. The goal back then was to get past the cheap-sounding sounds to a day when we had realistic-sounding synths. Now that we have realistic-sounding synths, people are trying to bring back the 8-bit junk.

Leave it dead and bury, I say. If you aren't careful, you're going to inspire the return of disco, then we'll all be screwed.

horse the band has been doing the 8 bit music thing for a few years now. they have two cd's out.

Eight of them, and they still sound worse than a single Commodore 64.
