Xbox 360 backward-compatible list released

The original Xbox and S controller
We were expecting a backward-compatible announcement today since the emulated Halo screenshots on 360 were released on Wednesday, and MS has finally delivered a list of backward-compatible games as well as a BC FAQ from Xbox CPV Todd Holmdahl.

In a sense, we've been waiting for this list for a few weeks now, but better late than never, we say. And there's still time before the launch of the 360, so at least we know what's ready right off the bat, without counting the inevitable additions to be made to the list.

At any rate, most of the heavy hitters appear to be there, but we noticed that neither Kingdom Under Fire or Otogi title is listed as of yet. Splinter Cell's missing, too. Can anybody else find a favorite (or not-so-favorite) title that's not currently up there? (Catwoman, Drake, Kabuki War-... shudder.)

[Thanks, BrockLanders, Sara, bandit, RyanWas, and Efren]
