The whole purpose of minigames is not to be complex, thats why the MP series is so great. Anyone can pick it up and play and have a ball. I can't tell you how many times I've spent the whole night competing in MP with friends and waking up the neighbors from all the loud noise. I just love looking forward to new minigames. Now, I want Mario Party DS please!

Agree with #1 but the board game does totally not fit into this kind of game. The board slows down everything sooo much. Whenever I play Mario Party with my friends we just go the freeplay mode where you can select which minigame you want. So if they want to do something good to the series in Mario Party 8 they should either remove the board from the game or they should allow everyone to move at the same time.

Lordy how i love Mario Party 5. me, my sister, my Mario loving mate and my girlfriend all play it. brilliant fun. 8 people will be good, an extra 4 players will just add to the madness. hah. nice one Nintendo.
