Over at smartbomb Steven Kent, "easily the most important pure historian of videogames on the planet", tackles some questions about the upcoming launch of everyone's favorite game system. Problem is, he has some tough words! He says, "I would be happy to see Xbox 360 do well, but Microsoft's marketing efforts leave me uneasy." We can all agree MTV's 360 debut left us with a bad taste in our mouth but how much of a liability is this? He goes on to say, "The people at Sony are cocky, arrogant, unctuous, but I think they are doing a better job of selling their vision than the folks at Microsoft."
Choice quote: "You can shave Bill Gates head, put him in ridiculous outfits... but you can't turn him into Vin Diesel." Apparently that doesn't apply to J Allard!
