No game system is worth going to jail and being the new "girl" on the cell block for. I hope this guy stole some soap on a rope too.

LOL ... even if he stole soap on a rope, I am sure Nasty Nate and his "evil jungle of love" would dispose of the Ivory bar rather quickly.

Look here,if Microsoft offered me £500,000 to rob a store for two Xbox360's I would laugh in their face.Talk about getting desperate to make Xbox360 look cool. Now if it were 2 Revo's,I'd do ten years in penal and pickup the soap every time it fell than touch an Xbox controller.

If this shortage is artificial and the next person is shot for their 360, would M$ be to blame?

I am a law student - M$ woudln't be criminally liable. But one could bring a private suit for possible tortious action - intentional infliction of emotional distress seems like a collorable claim. But then again, this is Microsoft. Not even the Antitrust Wing of the DOJ could stand up against them.

Doctors Should be payed 10 times more than lawyers because they do good to humanity ( not to offend good lawyers who fight for good things) ^ I dont know if you are gonna be a lawyer but whatever.

#8 I try my bestest!Everyone knows that if you buy a 360 your mates will laugh at ya.Here are some more headlines for the intelectual elite:-

MICROSOFT RUMOURED TO HAVE BOUGHT 360,000 XBOX360 CONSOLES TO CREATE ARTIFICIAL SHORTAGE,NO HEX JOKE!

JOUST IS NUMBER 2 NEXT BEST LAUNCH TITLE.

NEIGHBOURS SUE GAMER FOR SWITCHING ON XBOX360.LOW FLYING JET AIRCRAFT ARE MORE TOLERABLE.

NINTENDO'S REVOLUTIONARY JOYPAD GETS RUBBER BUNGIE ATTACHMENT TO AID SOFA LOCATION!

SONY'S KEN ANNOUNCES GRAN TURISMO TO HAVE MORE POLYGONS IN ONE CAR WHEEL THAN THE WHOLE OF PGR3.

I just don't believe this crap, once coders get used to SONY'S PS3,it will render more polygons than that and display it at 120 fps on two HD displays at 1080P on the one redundant SPE on CELL alone!Don't believe me,just ask Ken in a months time.

GamerZero -
Since you're a fanboy, I suppose calling you mentally handicapped would be redundant. However, I duly wish to express my sympathy for your family, who was too poor to even have an abortion. Such a shame.

I tire myself out GWing_02 but I'm simply exercising my right to speak.Seems like everybody is having a whale of a time dissing this and that.Sorry about lack of constructive arguments, everybody here seem to be polite, genuine and know all the facts about these splendid machines and games more than the makers and programers themselves.

Um, to #10. I am a lawyer, and you are wrong to suggest that intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED for short) is even a possible claim. IIED is a claim made by a close relative or family member who witnesses a horrible event inflicted by a 3rd party onto a close relative where the person doing the act knows the person is present and intends to cause the emotional distress and actual emotional distress is caused. That's why it's called IIED. So maybe if the gunman held the EB employee at gunpoint when his (the EB employee's) mother was watching and the gunman knew the mother was watching, the mother could make a claim for IIED, but otherwise such a claim would be thrown out in a second. There is no tangible tort claim against MS for a random person holding someone at gunpoint for the 360. Case closed.
