Cheaters and robbers never win

What would you do if you were a retail employee working the 360 launch and some crazed gamer comes in and holds you at gunpoint? I can only imagine the response: "Would that be two premium bundles or bare bones, sir?" That's exactly what happened in Stafford, Virginia at the local Electronics Boutique. The armed robber didn't get far, however, as police were on him shortly after he left the store. And how about the Wal-Mart situation in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania? Gamers who had been lined up since 4 P.M. started pushing and shoving and causing enough ruckus at about 11:00 to warrant police intervention. They got a slap on the wrist, and eventually recieved their vouchers, but that didn't stop the police from patrolling the store for the rest of the evening.

And I thought all the action was happening in Bellevue.

I live in PA, I drove 90 minutes to Wilkes Barre for a concert last night. I was concidering staying to buy a 360 but it was raining. Looks like I wouldn't have been able to get one anyway.

I'll give you anything you want, just please let the kitty go.

I was at the scranton walmart like 15 miles from wilkes barre and the same almost happened. Happily, once they distributed the vouchers all the crazies went there seperate ways. Not before making threats about waiting in the parking lot, so mister dickson city police guy and 2 walmart employees followed each buyer out.

Oh, and the wait at my store was 11 hours for me, and I was number 21.

I was at the Salem, NH store and we had a similar situation. We almost had a riot on our hands because some people had had their friends hold their place in line all day and they just showed up at 11:45 PM. At midnight, Walmart decided to call the police (something they should've done much earlier) and didn't start handing out tickets until about 12:15 after the police quieted things down.
