While we love the idea of hearing complete strangers scream obscenities in our ears over sessions of SOCOM, the thought of being able to craft our own microphone-mounted headsets is even sweeter. PSP Updates has posted a tutorial from one of its users on how to piece together your own, complete with photos and a wiring diagram. It’s true that for $20 you could have your own Sony-branded headset, but nothing says 1337 (or “geek”, depending on who you’re hanging out with) like busting out your own home-fashioned peripheral at your next meetup.
