There are rafts of these things at the best buy on cambie and 5th in Vancouver. And no wonder: what games are you going to buy? There might be shortages of this console elsewhere, but not here!

Hello boys and girls, this is Santa Claus checking in...I'm very dissapointed in the executives over at JC Penny and you can be sure that they'll be getting coal in their stockings this year. Now remember boys and girls, from post-hurricaine oil to game consoles "price gouging" is very, very bad. HO HO HO!!!!!!

Horrible PR move for JC Penney. While almost all businesses are greedy, capitalist pigs, at least the rest have the good sense not to be as obvious about it as Penney's. The average videogame buyer probably doesn't shop there anyway, but if you're irritated by this price gouging hit them back the best way possible - don't shop there again. And while you're at it tell them you won't by going here:

LMFAO!!!!! Welcome to America!

This a perfect lesson in Econ 101: "Supply and Demand"
Where retailers are supplying the "RAP3" to answer the suckers "DEMAND" to be F#%Ked!

So heres my question. If its ILLEGAL to scalp tickets for more than face value...why isnt this? Isnt it the exact same thing? People want the tickets to whatever event it is...so simple supply and demand apply here but not to corporations?

Yea law enforcement and corporate run america!

Wishing I had bought my own island instead of a 360, at least that way I'd be king...........

Hey Bloo what do you have to say to this!!!

"Plus all the games are like 12 hours long"

"Thank god. When you have a life, 12 hours is perfect."

Hey buddy i expect long games when i pay 60 dollard
"Plus they all have barley next gen graphics"

"You need to get a new TV. Badly."

For your infomation i have a sony H.D T.V and the games look like really good Xbox games.

"Ohh and did i forget to metion over half the games were ported one way or another"

"Sharing a name does not equal port."

Ohh Ya Gun is ported, Thaw ported, Call of duty 2 ,ported Quake 4, ported kameo ,ported from the never released X Box version and the list goes on.

"P.S. Anyone who *wants* Saints Row should be banned from posting comments. That was the worst game I've seen
out of every E3."

Ohh P.S if your going to talk trash use your real name okay buddy, dont hide behind some stupid nick name
Be a Man
I bet you dont have balls to reply to this.

As a former retail manager of 12 years, I am very aware that all major retailers have 30 day price guarantees. No small print exclusions in there advertising should allow them to skirt this issue. This "gouging" will not be forgiven buy the public and their greed will come back to bite them in the form of losing customers.

I work for JCPenney and I can share this insight. For the bundle that was advertised on the website, the MSRP was $699. Were selling it for $799. But if you click on the link above now, you'll see a) what's in the bundle (including Tony Hawk's American Wasteland) and b) that customers will only be charged $595 now. I'd say that's a pretty nice gesture that we didn't have to do.

"This is different that people buying the 360 and reselling it. This is a retailer that is marking it up."

How is that different?? A retailer simply buys from one entity (distributer/manufacturer) and sells to another (consumer). Sounds exactly the same to me.
