Tim Buckley of Ctrl+Alt+Del has been dangling some news over our heads for some time now, telling us to
stay tuned to December 1st for some "big" news. So what was all the fuss about? Ctrl+Alt+Del is getting its
own animated series.
Even after seeing the trailer, it is hard to imagine such a
beloved comic brought to life - then again, The Boondocks has been very successful, and its predecessors
(Garfield, Dilbert) turned out okay. Buckley
assures everyone that the comic strip will be as consistent
and free as they always have been. The animated series, however, will cost $2.99 per 4-5 minute episode (or $1.66 if
you buy an annual membership), so that he can pay the professional animation studio and voice actors who make this
happen.
The first episode will debut in February, and we are excited to see how it turns out, and especially to put some
voices to his characters.
[Thanks, Kendal]
