Too hot to handle? An Xbox 360 owner from Chicago certainly thinks so. Robert Byers has sued Microsoft over the 360's overheating problems, claiming that the software giant was too focused on shipping a product quickly than on making one that works. Despite the relatively small number of consoles with reported problems, we wonder whether others will follow suit (no pun intended), or whether most people will be happy with a replacement. How exactly will they take into account the blood, sweat and tears shed while getting the console in the first place when calculating damages?
This isn't the first Xbox-related lawsuit, but it may be one plenty of gamers feel they can stand behind.
