Max the parrot knows his game. While Talkman could hardly be considered a game more than a tool, it does a good job of integrating the feathered host to help you broaden your linguistics. Gamebrink did a review of the translation software and came up with a solid 83%.Between the four languages (English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean), it can get kind of hairy when trying to find a phrase it doesn't choke over. Other than that and the loading times (up to two minutes!), the consensus is that Talkman works best as a phrase book and not as a talking dictionary. Check out the review to get the final scores.
