Yeah, we're all trying to make a brilliant point so we are hired as Big-Shot-VideoGame company consultants. I ask for Sony and to be relocated to Osaka asap. I also request two bukkake slaves.

Quite simple. 3rd world kiddos wont buy any next gen system. Welfare kiddos will probably get the
Gamecube/MarioParty 8 bundle at $79.99. Everyone else who really cares about VG's will enjoy all of them, cause they're known to be geeky freaks. And if you are a fanboy and/or will only get one out of all the nextgen cuties, then you are

a)mild poor
b)dont care that much about videogames
c)do care about videogames but have to pay for your meatholes.com membership.

Enjoy your games and Vayan con Dios.

I'm not necessarily saying that graphics are the most important thing, but if nintendo is all about gameplay, and that's what sells consoles, then why did the gamecube sell less than the XBOX?

There are many factors to be considered in that equation, most importantly is that MS has tons of cash to burn and can sell a big, powerful console at a loss. People will buy it for the power and value alone. Many reports say M$ lost 5 billion on the Xbox, while N made a profit. If the Xbox was a video game only company, they would be dead in the water.
