Mark Healey on Rag Doll Kung Fu

Lionhead employee Mark Healey's solo game project, Rag Doll Kung Fu, was released via Steam earlier this year and has proved to be quite the gem. Gamasutra have interviewed Mark on a range of topics, from RDKF's £50 film budget to what it's like working with legend Peter Molyneux.

We also learn from the interview more than we ever needed to know about Mark's role in Dungeon Keeper: "The Horny is my baby, she's based on an ex-girlfriend of mine." Our innocence is soiled.

how has this game not been ported to the ds?

yeah i dunno, they even directly asked him about it and he dodged it by talking about the playstation and xbox. i want it for my ds, that would make the best online handheld game ever.

not sure how the drugs would fit in with the kid friendly platform though

I bought ragdoll kung fu the day it came out. I was looking forward to it and was expecting a great game.

Yea, it's not. I beat it in about an hour and a half, the controls (while unique) are more of a method of frustration than anything else.
