This apology MIGHT'VE been sincere if their internal memo weren't leaked where it stated that their bundling bait-n-switch was planned. They even made a contingiency for customers who were adamant about buying a 360 unbundled. They ANTICIPATED angry customers.

Oh well.

I have a bunch of rewardzone dollars and a gift card for BB, so I'd like to use it to buy a 360 there. But I'm in no hurry for a 360 since there are no killer games that I want out yet, so I'm not paying for any bundle. Just the system and perhaps one extra controller. I'll rent until Gears of War and Ghost Recon come out.

Let's hope I can get one later this month.

A fu#%#@* apology you can't be serious.... After all the love these customers show by coming to the store instead of buying it online for cheaper... and still showing love to the store even though you can buy the stuff they have at any other store.

So why in the world would they think an apology means anything - when all these big companies understand is money... so you want to make it up to me.. cool give away some xbox 360's to make up for the pricing scam...

otherwise F U Bestbuy you can keep your Products, I am offically on a BoyCott of your store. It's a dam shame that a big chain like bestbuy would take advantage of Gamers like that.. A dam shame..

No Love for U Best Buy.. if your smart you will come up with more then an apology.. Much more..
