Dead or Alive 4 delayed, again

Not like many people will get their hands on a 360 until early (even later) next year anyway. More likely to impact Japanese market. Take your time with it. There seems to be many (fans of other known system and alikes) who are bashing its graphics.

I'm on the side of release it when its done. I don't have an XBox 360, and probably won't until its cheaper, but I would rather play a game when the developers are good and done with it rather than trying to rush it for the holiday season.

Hopefully this delay has nothing to do with the dumb-ass Halo character being stuck in the game...I wouldn't mind yet another female character, but another female character in full body-armor? Not very DOA.

So wait wait, is this or is this not being pushed back in the USA? Everything I see refers only to Japan, but if the US release is coming next week, shouldn't it have gone gold by now?

While this probably doesn't apply to DOA, I wouldn't be surprised if some companies are now opting to delay their game releases until the system has more market penetration.

Why would you release a product now when such a small base of potential buyers even has the product in hand?

I think yay is either 10 years old or has the mental capacity of a 10 year old lol.

I liked Tempest 2000. They had the best version of Doom at the time even though there was no music during game play. That crazy control actualy was cool for changing weapons!

If it's still being delayed it makes you wonder how GamePro flew into the future and got a copy. It must've had a complete one, how else could it know it's worthy of a perfect score?

You guys can whine about delays all you want; I'm still waiting for Duke Nukem Forever.

Thats what I was gonna say. I mean Gamepro's reviews have been ridiculous lately, and their review of DOA 4 in their latest issue is just the icing on the cake. Are they even playing the games over there? Or are they scratching the magazine advertisers back? I mean c'mon, I love my 360 but giving "Gun" and especially "Tony Hawk" 4.5 out of 5? And now they give DOA 4 a perfect score and the game was just delayed again. With no other fighting game on the 360, Tecmo would probably do almost anything to launch their game this holiday season. So there must have been some pretty noticeable issues with the game. But Gamepro gives it a perfect 5 anyways. Thanks Gamepro, it is nice to know I can count on you.

Times like this make me glad Itagaki is a bit of an ass when he wants to be. I bet Microsoft is not at all happy about the delays...but DoA4 should be perfect. I don't want to see another potentially great game nearly ruined by the rush (Kameo anyone?)
