Last month, we brought you news of a
planned strike by Call of Duty 2 server admins to
protest the lack of anti-cheating technology in the game. Activision have responded, although the response isn't quite
what players expected.
According to Eurogamer, Activision are "looking into an anti-cheat solution", but no details of exactly what they are going to target have been released. Whether this will be enough for the strikers to consider their demand for blood—an official statement on Activision and Infinity Ward's support for CoD—satisfied is unclear. However, the strike date of the 16th-17th is drawing closer.
