Known as Frame City Killer here, the Japanese title that is first to use the Unreal Engine 3 technology has gotten pushed back from February 23rd to sometime after the start of Spring. Namco gives the classic "quality improvement" reason for the delay. No harm no foul, though, as we're sure Japanese gamers will appreciate the extra time in making the game that much better. That's the aim in any case, because we all know how some of them reacted to the new console.[Thanks, Nossy]
