A good question: Will it scratch the discs if the car goes through a pothole?

The car probably runs on love,
and whatever space left under the hood is probably taken by the power supply.

Power isn't a problem and disc scratching can alleviated simply by using a locking spindle drive. You have to expect a certain amount of customization of the X360 to go with the rest. The typical monster sound system cars out there draw a lot more power than an Xbox 360 and small HD monitor.

For the Xbox Live connectivity a combined set of EV-DO and WiMax connections should do the trick. The big problem will be latency if the connection is used while driving at any decent speed since the connection will need to adapt as the best base station to use changes.

1. This has been done before (see an episode of pimp my ride)

2. Why would you watch a movie while driving, much less play a video game?

3. The only reason Nissan mentioned the XBox 360 is because it's the "it" gift right now. Just like last year's iPod compatable cars (i believe audi or saab had a commercial with the driver listening to his iPod through the car speakers)

That poor little thing is gonna tip right over with the PSU inside. Or, more realistically, scrape along the ground. Screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeech.
