Cinematical took it upon themselves to compile a list of the ten worst movies
of 2005, and have placed Alone in the Dark directed by Uwe Boll at the bottom
of the list. That's right, Uwe has ballsed-up again! According to Rob's write-up, his directing in Alone in the Dark (yet another video game adaptation) was so appalling as to unseat
Ed Wood as the worst filmmaker of all time. As an owner of Ed's
defining film, Plan 9 from Outer Space I can tell you -
that's real low. In this "wretch-rospective", Rob mentions that his only feeling was one of regret for Tara Reid and Christian Slater "for being involved in what should have been a quiet, direct-to-video shuffle."
