ExtremeTech has a great feature on hacking your PSP to run Linux and Windows. It comes from their aptly named upcoming book "Hacking the PSP". Even though not all the emulators are complete, it doesn't take much and still yields interesting results.
All you need is a hackable PSP, a memory stick, Virtual PC or VMWare (there are free solutions to this), Virtual DriveCreation Software, and Windows 95 or Windows 98 (if you want to install it). There is also a Macintosh emulator out there for those of you who follow that cult.
