Actually the surveys have shown a majority of women interested in this type of MMORPG,it's basically The Sims but with the missing Adult portions.

I find the question,"What's the point" to be a bit obtuse.

What is the 'point' of non-interactive Television Porn, and Movie Porn? What is the 'point' of a multi user wargame such as Battlefield 2?

What is the 'point' of a display of Nude art?

What is the 'Point' of Playboy?

Why should the Art of Computer Game Design be relegated to the level of childish stories, themes and situations and be denied the right to show and portray mature subject matter as all other artforms can do? WHy are gamers the first to try to tear down artists and designers that wish to enter these arenas? It can only lead to better game design down the line for Mature Adults when Designers realise they don't *have* to write for children, or at a level that only appeals to children or childish adults. If Sex is contextual within a story it should be shown and included just as it is in Hollywood movies,European Television and Independent films, just as Violence is shown ad nauseum in Computer titles.

I think the biggest problem facing Computer Gaming is that it seems to be led by Americans (Whether one looks at the level of Producers or the Large US Consumer marketplace) and is thus unduly affected by the hypocritical conservative Christian thinking which seems to have infected that society.

Afterall: God said Thou Shalt Not Kill,he never said 'Thou shalt not f***'.
