the Arizona State lottery was running a similar scratcher game last year. Pac-Man is probably going to make its rounds around each state lottery.

Yeah, there was a Pac-Man scratch off in Washington; I want to say it was less than a year ago I saw it.

Wow, I always feel like I'm being nitpicky, but come on, they look like they have multi-colored printing...they have:

Blinky (Red)

Inky (Blue)

where's

Pinky(pink) and

Clyde (Orange)?

They've been available from New Jersey lottery at least 9 months now(IIRC).

we've had pac-man and space invaders scratchcards here in the UK as well (1 and 2 years ago respectively). monopoly ones too.

I think about two years ago when I was living in southern Indiana, either the Hoosier or Kentucky Lottery was running a Pac-Man scratch game...
