Everybody likes a good strategy title now and then (well, except for those who don't), but for those of you who want an "Imperial Throne... to recline in and manage your worlds" with, perhaps nothing will satisfy quite like the latest iteration of GalCiv, Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords, set for a PC release in about six weeks.
