It's so funny since they are so serious throughout the movie, and the little pins in the fleshy part of the buttocks, hilarious.

Heh, Joystiq should quietly let their complaint about the water boss in Kameo fade into the past...Most people have no problem beating this boss and if they weren't busy ignoring all the comments that say so they might find time to feel a little inadequate =)

Shagi: plenty of readers agree with us on this. J Allard himself had his gamer tag as "The water boss sucked." That fight blows chunks. It was poorly designed.

Thanks for the responce...I enjoy ribbing you guys when I get the chance...and I wouldn't consider J Allard a gaming guru just beacuse he's a suit at microsoft.

I just dont see how you could complain about difficult controls when Kameo was all about mastering the different controls. So the water guy works like a sub and the y axis is reversed...its part of the feel of the character, it wasn't really that big of a deal...anyways party on...

Oh yeah...I raced the Joystiq account on PGR3 and whipped its ass! Yeah baby...I wonder if they gave me a bad user review =P

J Allard has more gamer points than you. ;) His first programming project was a video game (according to Takahashi's book). The dude knows games more than most of us ever will.

Grats on pwning my roommate!

Could it be the J Allard has someone else play his account for him? I don't know anything I'm just saying...

Maybe he actually played Kameo himself to the water boss before he gave up and called in Tester X to finish it off for him...

I actually feel sorry for the guy, I mean now that everyone knows his gamer tag he has to keep his score high, he might turn to all sorta schemes.

Dudes...this was not supposed to be a Water Boss sucks comments page...but when in Rome.

The first thing I did when I started to play Kameo, was to turn off that crazy talking hint book. He makes the game way to easy. I turned it off after the first boss, as the idiot told me how to beat it (killed the discovery fun and removed any challenge in my opinion). So when I came up to the "Water Boss" it took a good 5 minutes to figure out how to injure it. But once this was done, another 5 minutes and it was toast...not tough whatsoever.

While I do understand that we all have varying level of skills and that some players will find some bosses harder than others, complaining about it for 8+ weeks is a little much. Come on guys...if this boss is so hard, then stick with another game and move on. I loved Kameo and all the boses.

PS/To ensure that you do not have to face any "boses", may I suggest an ATARI!

Thyron and Jaybo are missing the point. Difficulty isn't the complaint with the Kameo boss fight. Geometry Wars is insanely difficult, yet it's Joystiq's most praised game.

It's about the DESIGN of that difficulty. Hands down, Kameo was poorly designed, especially the "Deep Blue" hero that must be used for that fight.

Haha...Geometry wars is considerably easier than Kameo...once you learn the controls, 5 secs...then its all just about doing the same things over and over again...

I really dont know why you guys as so thrilled with the game. I enjoyed it for about 5 minutes then moved on, and no I havent felt like playing that, mutant storm, or robotron again...I had enough of that back in the 80s thanks.

I found that Deep Blue controls where no different than most sims I played. While it takes a second to adjust, that is only a second...then the BOSS was toast. Sorry, but all this complaining is nothing more than excuses. A good gamer can adapt to any situation without having to resorts to excuses. I make no control excuses for getting my butt whooped 5 times in a row on DOA4 Live (not my favorite accomplishment...lol)
