Geez, hot coffee had 3 places?

MajorNelson should have been on this list, a first for a guy working for a major gaming console to be accessible to the community via his forum

More than half of these people aren't even interesting. I think that this should have been named "The Top 10 Attention-wh0re Headline-grabbing and Controversy-provoking Individuals of 2005".

#2, give me a break. A bunch of sales-people from M$ marketing dept aren't really that relevant in the grand scheme of things.

Wow, this just opened up my eyes... I don't know whether to blame the creators of the list for it's awfulness, or the industry for being so (apparently) lame. I mean the PSP licking girl? C'mon. Real interesting. The sad thing is that she is one of the few names on the list that I actually recognized (well I didn't remember her name, but I remember how ridiculous the story was). Is this all that our beloved industry produced in 2005? Wow, real interesting. Maybe next year one of the most interesting people will be a guy with the gamertag "ExPL0DeR" that farts into his headset while playing over Xbox Live. Or possibly the girl that got the new PS3 boomerang controller surgically removed from her body... "I don't know how it got stuck in there, Doctor." All I know is that I can hardly wait to see the gems of the industry next year. It should be...."interesting".

Not only is Leeroy Jenkins misspelled, he's not a person and he's not interesting. Just because Jeopardy made him the unofficial mascot of WoW doesn't make him interesting, or a person.

Well, the original article misspelled Brenda's last name, too; it's Brathwaite: http://www.igda.org/sex/council.html Typos happen. =)
