It's not so much the
announcement of three new games from Sony (IQ Mania, XI Coliseum and Bomberman: Bakufuu Sentai
Bombermen) that grabbed our attention. Rather we were intrigued by the new game-sharing scheme that they've cooked
up that will be implemented with their release. Right now, infrastructure gaming is only allowed for gamers who own a
copy of the title. The new system in place for the three titles will let players share the game with another gamer to
be played online so long as the second gamer has a copy of any of the three games. While we have no idea at this point if these games have a place either behind glass at the register or elbow-deep in the bargain bin, we do at least know that they will also offer up a range of minigames to make them more worthwhile. Additional minigames can also be unlocked online or by downloading specially-crafted wallpaper.
