An office worker from Utah will travel to Russia this spring to blog about his edge-of-space ride in a MIG 25, all thanks to some free arcade games he placed on his personal web site.
Casual-game provider Game Trust set up the LaunchNow Race to Space Contest, which hooked the 21-year-old blogger up with a trip somewhat beyond MySpace, but quite a bit lower than outer space.
This spaceflight option may not make the United States Air Force happy, but at least there's hope for Lance Bass wannabes (if you've got the cash). More details on the experience can be found here.
