Nintendo's strategy for competing with the the more
powerful, and more expensive, next-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles is to be affordable and different enough to be the
best second console in a console platter. Sure, there will be plenty of people who purchase it as their primary gaming
device; however, that population coupled with those who intend to purchase it as a second unit might be enough to give
Nintendo an edge over the competition... or so the strategy goes.
Let's test it out here: we've all put a
lot of thought into this (It's not just me, right?) so where does consumer interest stand right now. Are Sony and
Microsoft's offerings too similar to be an attractive combo? Will the (your console of choice
) plus the
Revolution be the best combo? Or is it the other way around: Revolution first plus another console? Or are you
console monogamous, choosing one and mating for life(cycle)?
Technical mumbo jumbo: this is not a scientific or rigorous poll and is only

poll is opened for votes. Sure, you probably could hack this poll if you worked at it, but it’s more fun for
everyone if poll results accurately reflect the opinions of all readers, so please refrain from tampering with poll
